Our services begin with the first phone call. Once we get an idea of what is going on, we set a date with the client for an initial interview. Typically, three team members will visit the property and interview the client, and any witnesses. At that time, we can get a general feel for the residence, sketch a floor plan (noting where the paranormal activity occurs). The initial visit will include audio recordings so nothing is missed. We will also take this opportunity to debunk anything that may be a natural occurrence.
At that time, we will set a date for an investigation. Investigations usually start at 9:00 pm with lights out by 10:00 pm. The residents are encouraged to stay. This investigation is for us to assess the situation, gather evidence and make a plan of action. We do not provoke, use religious provocation, Ouija Boards, or seances. Our approach is scientific, and skeptical, while keeping an open mind to paranormal activity. All evidence is thoroughly evaluated and presented to the client. At this point, we'll decide if further investigations are necessary and create a plan to help the homeowner. If necessary, we can call in help from other professionals in the field.
